1. Please read the FAQ before sending an email.

2. This is for questions or problems with orders only. No strain or growing questions will be answered.

3. Please include your order number in your email, if you sent in an order without using the cart, we cannot tell you the status.

4. You can check the status of your order under your account. There is no need to send daily emails asking the status of an order. If it says Awaiting Payment, your payment has not arrived.

5. Once shipped an order can take up to 30 days or more depending on time of year to reach you. No delivery type emails will be replied to if 21 days have not elasped since order was shipped.
