  1. Do you sell hash or cannabis?
    No. Not at all, ever.

  2. How long will it take for my seeds to arrive?
    Delivery times vary greatly depending on the season and the reliability, quality and punctuality and of your local postal service. As a general guide, the following are the times it takes for a regular package to arrive from the time we receive your order.

    UK - 2-4 days
    Europe - 2-21 days
    Asia - 7-28 days
    USA - 7-28 days
    Australasia 7-28 days.

    Please note however that some periods may see extra delays, these include Christmas and New Year. If you order over these times please allow a little over the normal time to balance any delays in the postal service.

  3. Do you sell half packs or single seeds?
    We only sell in the amounts specified by the breeders. No half packs or single seed orders will be accepted as we will not break open the breeder packs. Bulk/wholesale seed orders can be arranged by emailing the support team with details of strains and qty.

  4. Privacy Policy
    Our Commitment To Privacy:

    The Information We Collect:
    This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Seed Boutique website, or to any information mailed to us with an order or inquiry, or to any information collected in person at any of our shops for orders to be shipped. We will only collect the minimum amount of information required to process your order or inquiry.

    Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Unique identifiers are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

    The Way We Use Information:
    We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with any outside parties.

    We use the email address supplied to us to answer inquiries about individual orders, and as a means of contact with our clients. If you choose to have us keep your email address for the purpose of sending you information from time to time that we think you may be useful, you must request that we do so. By default, this option is set to NOT keep your email address for our email list. Only if you select the option requesting us to keep it, will we do so. Such email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with any outside parties.

    We never use or share personally identifiable information provided to us online, or even general non-indentifying and aggregate information, in any way.

    Our server logs are wiped on a regular basis. We only use the server logs as is required to protect the security of our site, and that of our clients. We may use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. No information from the server logs is ever kept after the logs are wiped, unless it relates directly to the matters mentioned above.

    As you browse the site, and choose things to put into your cart or mail order, the sites software has to keep track of you. To do this, cookies are required. We do not use persistent cookies that are written to your disk, but instead we only use session cookies. Session cookies are kept in memory by your browser, and destroyed when you close your browser window. This means if you want to monitor your account, you must sign in every time you return to the site. Well this may not always be convenient, it ensures your privacy and security are not violated.

    Our Commitment To Online Security:
    The complete Seed Boutique site is run under 128 bit Apache SSL encryption, which is the highest level of secure server enryption available. While most companies use secure server services for transmitting only 'critical information' like credit card numbers, etc., Seed Boutique offers the highest possible level of security and privacy to our clients - therefore even casual surfing of the site is SSL protected. This means no third party can monitor what you are surfing on the site - the 'secure server' icon on your browser should be on the entire time you are on the site.

    The use of 128 bit SSL encryption makes surfing our site a fair bit slower than it would be without the encryption. Please keep in mind that everything, including pictures, icons, logos, and all the text, as well as all your browser requests, are encrypted by our server, and have to by decrypted by your computer, as you surf. All information you send, including page requests (clicking on a page or picture) is first encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted by our server.

    Our Commitment To Data Security:
    To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

    To prevent malicious access to your account, you must sign in with your user name and password every time you come to the site. In the event you lose your password, the system can email you a new one - we cannot send you your old password, as they are stored in an encrypted form. We will not send a new password to any email address but the one provided by you in your account information.

    Changes To This Privacy Policy:
    Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy and other conditions of use of the Seed Boutique site will change also. If you have chosen to recieve unsolicited e-mail from us, we may e-mail periodic reminders of any changes to our policies and other conditions, but you should check the Seed Boutique site to see the most recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of your information collected in the past.

  5. How to order
    Use the website:
    Click the Buy now/Add to Cart button and follow the on screen instructions. You can either pay by Money Order, Credit Card or mail in cash. If mailing please include the order number with your payment. If using cash as your payment method we strongly recommend using some form of recorded mail to ensure your payment arrives in a safe and timely manner.

    Mail Order:
    If you dont want to register, you can use the printable order form found in the menu. Simply fill out the form and include with your payment.

    Credit Cards:
    We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept Discover or Maestro cards at this time. In order to pay by credit card the shipping address MUST match the billing address on the card. Additionaly, your card issuer must provide full AVS checking or your order will be rejected. Most banks today provide this but there are some that do not, if all the information you submited is correct and your order is declined this is probably why.

    Money Orders:
    We accept regular USD Money orders. International Money Orders are NOT required but can be accepted. Any money order from available from most gas stations, convenience stores, grocery stores and the like will be accepted. Make Payable to SBN, Payments not made out to the correct company may result in your payment being returned to you and your order being delayed. We no longer accept Canadian postal orders in Canadian Dollars or GBP Sterling, Canadian postal orders U.S. Dollars only.


    Shipping:
    The charge is $5 which will cover up to 4 packs of seeds. Other items such as Stash Boxes, Bubble Bags, etc will have shipping specified in the listing. Orders are shipped stealth packaged.

    1-4 pkgs = $5
    5-8 pkgs = $10
    9-12 pkg = $15, etc/etc


    ** NOTE: Orders over 4 packs will ship seperately due to space. Dont be worried if the first part of your order arrives at a different time to the rest of your order. It's not uncommon for mail to be seperated by a day or two in the post. **

  6. Re-Sends
    Failure to receive an order due to the worlds postal systems or customs interception is a purchaser liability. Seed Boutique will NOT replace undelivered orders.

  7. Germination Problems
    Seeds are a live product. Although we try to ensure that all of the seeds we supply have at least an 80% germination ratio, on occasion the odd seed lot might fall below this area. We cannot be responsible for this and take note that we send free seeds with every order. 10 packs of seeds in 10 different growers gardens never have the same results. Unless we receive 3 or 4 independent claims of bad germination from the same seed lot we will not pull that variety from stock due to the inconsistencies in how various growers germinate seeds. To us it's obvious some are more successful than others.

  8. Order Check list.
    Decide which type of order you are sending from the two below and follow the checklist to ensure you have included everything we need to process your order.

    1) Regular mail order, not online.

    A) Fill out order form ensuring it's complete and has all the info written clearly and in block capitals. Please remember that while you may think you have neat handwriting if a packer or handler cannot read your order easily mistakes may be made.
    B) Enclose payment inside the order form. Please make sure you do not send coins as these tend to split the envelope and spill the contents. It also increase the probability of mail theft before it arrives.
    c) Address envelope as above taking one last look at the order to ensure it's complete, clearly written and has the correct payment amount and currency included.
    d) Seal the envelope and address as above.
    e) Send your order to us. We recommend you use a form of recorded mail, especially if sending cash, as this offers both the ability to track your order and also a guarantee of delivery.
    f) Wait up to 28 days for delivery!!!!!

    2) Online order.

    A) Place order online ensuring you click the confirm button to confirm the order. An order is not confirmed until you have received an email from the site showing the order details.
    b) Check the online order to ensure the info given is 100% accurate. If wrong simply place another, correct, order.
    c) Get order number from account or confirmation email.
    d) Write order number on a piece of A4 paper and wrap payment inside. For online orders all we need is the order number as the details are already held on the system. This allows for extra ordering piece of mind.
    e) Place order number and payment inside envelope and ship to address shown above. Again, you may wish to use a form of recorded mail to ensure your order arrives in a safe and timely manner.

  9. Making an order enquiry.
    To make an order enquiry follow the checklist below. Please note that if your question is answered in the FAQ or confirmation mail for online orders you WILL NOT get a reply to your email. We receive many emails every day and are unable to reply to questions we have already answered.

    1) Check FAQ and confirmation email to see if your question has already been answered.
    2) Create a support ticket using the "Helpdesk" button in the sites right hand menu or going straight to Helpdesk by clicking here.
    3) Before sending your support ticket please ensure you have included as much info as you can to help us resolve your issue. Information that would help can be order numbers, shipping details, date order sent, payment method, details of any cashed money orders etc. The more concise the email the quicker a reply can be sent.

    Please note that we do not keep historic communications so you will need to continue the thread of the enquiry to ensure we always have enough information to help resolve your issue.
